Our groves are managed using organic farming methods, which require only naturally sourced products and strictly forbid synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. We harness the soil's natural fertility with minimal intervention, promote the biodiversity of beneficial insects and exclude synthetic products and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

The control body Bioagricert certifies the quality of our product and guarantees its traceability across every stage of production — from grove care, plant protection and fertilisation, to harvesting and extraction through mills certified for organic extra-virgin oil, all the way to bottling and labelling.
